What?
Google Primer was Google’s educational app with bite-sized interactive lessons on marketing and entrepeneurship. I localized and translated the lessons in English into Brazilian Portuguese, maintaining the tone of voice and sense of humor developed by the USA Team. I also localized all of the jokes.
It looked like this

Manual do Empreendedor (The Entrepeneuer's Manual) was the first set of lessons created outside of the US. We partnered with Google Campus Sao Paulo and talked to members of 14 different startups in order to create a guide on how to set up a successful business.
The Content Strategy was to divide the process of creating a startup into 3 sets: finding an idea, developing it and scaling into a succesful company. Each one of these dense topics were divided into 4 or 5 lessons to create light and interactive learnings with meaningful takeaways.
After much research and developing the Strategy, I spoke to members of the 14 startups about a specific topic. They gave me their pointers on what they believed was most important and, together, we signed each lesson.
This was the first set of lessons created outside of the USA and it ended up becoming a global product.
